OHIO––A group of Catholic nuns began a 1,000 mile bus tour through Ohio this week asking locals whether or not they have seen their veils. The group of about 20 nuns departed Cincinnati early Wednesday morning after every single one of them realized that they had not seen their veils in over four decades. The youngest of the group, Sister Mary Fleischer, 79, told Eye of the Tiber that losing things had become all too familiar for the group lately, joking, “I just hope we don’t lose our minds next.” Then, turning to a complete stranger, said, “Isn’t that just the darndest thing? Honestly, I could of swore I left it right here. Wait a minute, you’re not my son. I don’t even have a son. Who am I?”

    Dear Sister: your veil is right before your eyes. This is why you couldn’t find it.

      AMEN. Their eyes are veiled by the veils they lost.

      head to eyes;
      orthodoxy to heterodoxy.

        Hear hear! How true.
        Lets hope our new Holy Father deals with these ladies and with love draws them back to the Church or gently reminds themthat they have left the Church if they continue with their heterodox views.
